Timelock

As an additional safeguard, we have implemented a 24 hour timelock on Snowball's smart contract.

This would allow stronger transparency and trust within our users as it would mean any changes made to the codes would not immediately impact our users negatively.

The buffer time of 24 hour would allow users and general public to assess the impact and act accordingly.
